At Borderlands Brewery, we do everything we can to make sure your parcel arrives on time.
Please note, in the event of industrial strike action by our delivery partners, parcels may be delayed.
The time frames below are estimates and subject to delays outside of our control.
Royal Mail Standard Delivery: 2-4 days

Returns and Exchanges
All item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date shown on the receipt
Goods received outside of the return’s timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please return merchandise items in their original packaging to;
Borderlands Brewery, Unit 2, Townfoot Industrial Estate, Langholm, DG13 0ET.
All item(s) purchased on the Borderlands website must be returned to our store at the responsibility of the sender. Borderlands cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost or delayed when being returned.
Sale item(s) are non-returnable and non-fundable.
Please note that we do not offer a free return’s service. Returns costs must be met by the customer.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
